Help with test results

I have most my blood results back and nearly everything is within range! A few things to note: the B12 I have been on a course of it since April to improve it, it was at 255 so has risen to 313 now. On the Anti-TG there is a note to say the sample was Hemolyzed so needed to be redone. Cortisol is high but I believe one blood test is not sufficient to judge it correctly. Any advice or thoughts very welcome:
