Does anyone know if Hormone Replacement Therapy affects the amount of vitamin B1 needed? I am still trying to get my sweet spot for B1 and wondered if the HRT patch is affecting this?

Costantini was using vitamin B1 in his patients with PD, vitamin B1 was already being used as a supplement to help maintain better health.

hello, I am like many a fan of Dr. Costantini's research work, and like many I managed to reach the sweet spot... The list of my symptoms that I managed to correct is long... But what I wanted to mention here is the distressing observation of those who define themselves as the heirs of Doctor Costantini

I read that if you have RLS you might be short of vitamin B1. Has anyone knowledge of this.

I understand that many of us PD sufferers benefit from vitamin B1 therapy as outlined in Dr. Constantini's publications, current Facebook group , and per many posts herein . I know it doesn't help everyone, but I was curious if there are any theories on its mechanism of action?

Hi, I have just started on vitamin B1 therapy (sublingual) and I think I have had a case of overdoes . From folks who have tried the therapy first hand, would like to know what are the typical symptoms of overdoes they have seen and for how long they last after you have discontinued B1?

I was advised to try vitamin B1 in addition to my usual magnesium each night. The good news is I noticed a significant difference after a week or so. You may want to try some B1 if you have never tried it before. As always aim for the best quality supplements. Good luck.
