Please help with blood test results

I am new at this. Please help as I have no idea with what they mean.

HAEMATOLOGY

Vitamin B12 486 pg/ml 197 - 771

Note amended reference range due to change to

Gen 11 assay

Folate (serum) > 20.0 ug/L >2.9

Note new reference range effective 03/04/2017

BIOCHEMISTRY

FERRITIN *386 ug/L 13 - 150

Optimum Ferritin level for females : >27 ug/L

C Reactive protein

4.7 mg/L <5 . 0

ENDOCRINOLOGY

TOTAL THYROXINE(T4) 72 nmol/L 59-154

THYROID STIMULATING HORMONE 1.76 miU/L 0.27- 4.2

FREE THYROXINE pmol/L 12.0- 22.0

FREE T3 pmol/L 3.1- 6.8

25 OH Vitamin D 114 nmol/L 50- 200

Interpretation of results:

Deficient <25 nmol/L

Insufficient 25- 49 nmol/L

Normal Range 50-200 nmol/L

Consider reducing dose >200 nmol/L

IMMUNOLOGY

THYROID ANTIBODIES

Thyroglobulin Antibody 10.5 IU/mL 0- 115

Method used for Anti- Tg: Roche Modular

Thyriod Proxidase Antibodies 15.2 IU/mL 0- 34

Method used for Anti- TPO: Roche Modular

Are you on any thyroid medication?

There doesn't seem to be result (only range) for

FREE THYROXINE or FREE FT3

Did you miss the results off by mistake?

TPO and TG Thyroid antibodies are both negative so no apparent Hashimoto's (though 20% with Hashimoto's apparently never have raised antibodies)

Ferritin is high. This could be due to inflammation

Unless you are supplementing iron?

GP should probably investigate further to rule out hemochromatosis

CRP is almost above range at 4.7 so could be due to inflammation too

Vitamin D - good. Guess that you supplement

Thanks for your reply I am not on any medications, for thyroid I will resend results as I made some mistakes I do take vitamin D supplement I do not supplement iron, what is hemochromatosis?

Free thyroxine 16.9 pmol/1 12.0 - 22.0

Free T3 4.7 pmol/l 3.1 ~ 6.8
