Help with test results please.

Hello I have just got these test results back and I am completely lost!

Really panicking as I just don't know what to do, I have brought some NDT to use, once I had these results back, and now I have no idea what to do next. I don't think I have ever felt this ill, and just desperately want something to help. I am currently taking 100 of liquid Levothyroxine, as I have an allergy to gluten,. dairy and lactose, but it still makes me really sick every morning, but now don't know where to turn.

Maybe, there is nothing wrong with my thyroid and I have just got fat & old, or its all in my head. Please help!

I have been anorexic for many years, and I am barely eating anything at all, I have had my cortisol tested this year and it showed it was high, so I have been taking a high dose of Vitamin C and that's it! No other supplementing! So how can my vitamins be okay! I literally eat homemade mushroom soup twice a day, and that's it, nothing else! I just don't understand these figures. I have never had any Vitamin B12 supplements, so I was sure I would be deficient! And in Vitamin D as well, I barely leave the house at all, for some time now!

Any help is always appreciated.

You could do with B12 at around 1000 .Sorry unable to comment on the rest.

Thank you :)

It look like your tsh, t4 and t3 are fine, s I dont think starting NDt is going to help. I am not an expert on reverse T3 but it is high. This maybe due to you poor eating habits. Not enough calories I know can increase reverse t3 as can vigorous exercise. Reverse T3 can cause weight gain and hypo symptoms. Gentle walks in the countryside and meditiation like mindfulness will help reduce cortisol. B12 is low as some when else has said. I am suprised you ferritin is so high especially if you mensturate and this maybe worth discussing with your doctor if you can find one who is a bit thoughtful. You Vit d is good but that would have little to do with your eating and more to d with how much sunshine you have been exposed too (or tanning bed I think) Your anorexia will be putting a great strain on you body, certainly causing the high cortisol and maybe high reverse T3. I have known people do very well in an organisation called overeaters anonymous who have anorexia. I used to be a member and the groups are open to anyone with any issue around food and usually have 1 or 2 anorexic people in them. You could always get some of thier leaflets or literature and have a read to see if you think it could help you if the thought of joining a group is too big a step for you and it is usually possible to find someone on a phone line you could talk to.
