To find your previous results you should click on your avatar just under the banner near the top left on a browser (don't know about phones and other gadgets). A menu comes up including "Profile". Click on that and you can see your previous posts. Click on "Replies" and you can see those too.

Hi, I’m not an expert by any means but from what I have learned on this forum multi vitamins are a waste of money.

Your results look ok Thyroid wise but that depends entirely on how you feel.

Iron is low so either a good portion of liver weekly or see your GP about addressing it as that would make you lethargic and perhaps out of breath easily at the least.

Not clever enough to work out the active b12 result but if you’re on multivits I would say come off them and source a good B12 supplement and a VitB complex to boost all your other B’s.

Hopefully someone else will assist with a bit more knowledge soon.

From what I have learned in this forum all Bits should be a minimum of half way through the range if they are not individual supplements are required x

Are you leaving 2 hours at least between thyroid meds and vits and 4 hours between thyroid meds, vie D, calcium Magnesium and iron plus ifcyou have iron in your multivits it negates them.
