Spinal cord stimulator for RLS?
My pain doctor who is prescribing me my tramadol and Lyrica is considering a spinal cord stimulator as a possible way to control this. Does anybody know anything about using a spinal cord stimulator for RLS? I tried doing a search on here but nothing came up.

Introducing a long time sufferer of RL. I'm new here and looking forward to some great info and support.
Hi, I just wanted to say how good it is to see a site especially for RL sufferers. I am 61 years old and I have had RL for over 15 years and my neurologist says I am in the top 2% of sufferers. What an amazing achievement! :( I have type 2 diabetes and control it with diet and exercise. I lost 31+

Just a snippet to inform you of major corporate changes in the world of pharma. The impact on us is not at all clear. Might be next to nothing. [i]

Slipping Rib Syndrome/Costochondritis treatments
Hi all, New here and seeking anyone else who may have experience of this. I put the two diagnoses as 2 consultants have disagreed. Treatment for both is pretty similar though. In short physically fit, training and lifting weights (40's female). Felt tired and drained but put down to training/winter colds

Neurology, Oxycodone, and only two days until I finally give up Ropinirole!
Hello all I’ve not been able to post earlier as I was without Internet access for three weeks – what did we do before we had it!!! I am now down to 0.25mg Ropinirole. I’m glad I didn’t keep reducing when I was coming up to the concert (which went well enough!). But reduced that night and again six

RLS
I have lived with rls since I was 15 according to doctors. Between 15 and 28 I had 20 plus knee operations. Doctors thinking there was something wrong with my knees. You name it they did it. After they had done every operation they could they told me I had to live with it. As I would get older it would

Drugs to avoid
Hello all, I broke a rib last week and have been given painkillers. One of them shouldn’t be taken with a Tramadol, so I have stopped the Tramadol. Since then my RLS has been dreadful. I don’t know whether it is due to stopping the Tramadol or due to one of the painkillers. I think there is a list of

This coming Friday I'm seeing my neurologist. I last saw her two years ago when Pramipexole was working, which it now isn't, alas. This is what I'm planning to ask for: procedures towards possible iron infusion; a higher monthly tramadol prescription – my GP has prescribed 6 a month – which is the

Chronic endometriosis pain and struggling to wait for laparoscopy as the waiting list is so long!
This is currently my situation and I wanted to share as I would love some opinions off people who have experienced similar. I have suspected endometriosis and have done for the past year. I’ve been put on the laparoscopy surgery list since September and I am awaiting a date for surgery. On Monday morning
