Hi my name is trish I have fibromoralger I was diagnosed last year ..iam having a realy bad few days I woke up with a realy bad pain in my foot just under the bottom of my big toe and just on arch of the underside of my foot in realy thought I had broken softhing as I can not Wight bare ...so I went to a and e thay told me it is my fibromoralger has anyone else had this as at the minute I realy can not walk the pain is extremely bad and all thay seid was taken my tramadol. .I just wish it would all stop

If you haven't banged/ injured your foot then it could be the Fibro. As you will know the joints will cause extreme pain but hopefully it will ease. If you get the chance to rest and elevate the foot then this could also help. I really hope the pain eases.

Yes, I agree that it could be fibro. I get this a lot but it has recently gone up my leg to my bum!! It has eased slightly. It felt a bit line sciatica. If it goes worse again I will make a DRS appointment. Take care Lynne xxxx

Hi there Trish, welcome to the group Have you spoke with your doctor about your foot ? I have fallen arches. This is not fibro related by the way, It is something called plantar fasciitis It is a very painful foot problem . Sometime I can't put the foot to the floor. I have had it for many many years and the hospital made me special orthotics to fit in my shoes. This helps lift up the arch in the foot and relieves the pain.

The plantar fascia is the flat band of tissue (ligament) that connects your heel bone to your toes. It supports the arch of your foot. If you strain your plantar fascia, it gets weak, swollen, and irritated (inflamed). If it doesn't get better soon I would have a word with your GP
