Pain Relief that will help me get back to sleep ? Willing to try anything !
Hi All, I’m looking for some advice, I really don’t know what to do as I feel like I’m being dismissed all the time and it’s really starting to affect my overall physical and mental well-being. I have now had three surgery’s for endometriosis, my most recent last year, they told me I now have adenomyosis

CBD Capsules? Do they help?
Has anyone found benefits from taking CBD capsules daily (H&B)? GP cant advise. So far managing pain in left knee down leg not good. Taking Amitraptiline, Paracetamol, Ibuprofen, TENS machine, Tramadol - latter really helps, but taking latter sparingly. In system. Expect some surgical repair intervention

Has anyone had any success returning to using a DA after a few years break ?
Hi there For 15 years I had great success in using 1/2 mg of Ropinerol every night and then it stopped working. After reading about augmentation on here I never went down the path of increasing the dose and switched to Tramadol and Lyrica 100mg of Tramadol and 150 of Lyrica ,they too worked well for

My 24hour hell hospital visit
Early hours of Monday morning I ended up at my GP out of hours with my pain, he prescribed me tramadol which I had never had before. I took 2 and tried to go back to bed. Big mistake, my body clearly didn’t agree with tramadol and I spent the next 2 hours with severe sickness and diarrhoea. I then

Tramadol for RLS
Hi all, just wondered if anyone had experienced this! I have been on 150mg a night tramadol for RLS for years and it works very well for me! Yesterday a GP in my practice (not my usual one) has refused to prescribe it now despite it having been on repeat for a long time! He wants me to go to a Neurologist

Chemical Poisoning through Inhalation
March 2016 was not a good month, with waterproofers injecting toxic waterproof chemicals into a cavity wall underneath our appartment. The chemicals injected under pressure pumped out of wall power sockets and a large service hole behind the stove. Filling the cupboards and apartment with a pungent smelling

Tramadol augmentation??
As a sufferer of RLS I have been reasonably controlled for the past year on Tramadol And codeine plus diet and supplements etc . I’ve been to hell and back getting off Ropinarole and hVe no desire to repeat that . Lately , this past week or so I am again having evening and night occurrences of RLS .

Failed cold turkey Pramipexole
Hi, I’ve been on pramipexole 0.18 mg for eleven years, decided I wanted to get off them and try manage my legs with natural methods. I seen my GP who reluctantly prescribed me two weeks worth of Tramadol 50 mg. So Monday this week I stopped the pramipexole, took a tramadol, which did not help one bit

Tips for pain relief with endo - let down by consultant and having to go it alone.
I have been suffering for months with my endo and had an urgent 2 week referral to investigate a complex cyst as a result of having an ultrasound due to the awful pelvic pain I was experiencing (the pain is similar to the pain I had 16months ago where they removed 2 large cysts and a fallopian tube).

Not living with RLS
Hi I'm writing this as I have now been awake for 36 straight hours. I'm beside myself due to my RLS and PLM. Last night after my partner had gone to bed I tried to sleep, but was unable too. The nasty sensation in my thighs, my shoulders and my feet had me walking on my treadmill for 3 hours, I cooked

Managing Pain
I have osteoarthritis in several joints of my body. I was originally on Tramadol but because of excessive sweating I came off it and prescribed Zapain. It works sometimes but I feel I still have the need to take Tramadol for flare ups.Anyone else taking these meds???

Questions about OIC
Hi everyone. I have had excellent luck for the past seven months with being on 150mg of Tramadol and 600mg of horizant. This combination seems to work very well for me. I have had absolutely no RLS for the past 7 months. Been able to sleep well every night. And sometimes even take a nap. My problem
