Hi! Can anyone recommend a good online yoga class, requiring no equipment, hopefully, so I can work on my strength, stamina and breathing on my rest days? And get bendy, as who doesn't want to be bendy? Thanks!

Pilates is great also, I struggle with mat routines where I have to lie flat, try the girl with the Pilates mat’, great explanations and routines easy to follow. Not tried yoga with Adrienne but know loads of people who say she is fab!

Personally i find the best by a longshot is adrienne. Her YouTube channel has a massive range of videos and she's brilliant

That is high praise indeed. I've found her channel and having a look now. Just ordered a new yoga mat. So looks like this is going to happen. Is it just me that needs new gear to get excited about something?
