legs still sore, and lots of work to do today, at the computer...so will just take dog out for walk later, didn't do anything yesterday but had bike on Monday, and yoga Tuesday and Wednesday. Bit disappointed that I'm still sore as I really want to get back on track, but I don't want to risk going backwards either and cause more damage, so patience is a virtue or so they say !!

Patience works. Hold tight and keep enjoying the yoga 🧘🏼‍♀️ ☺️

You’re being incredibly patient. That itself is a workout! Walking the dog is such good therapy for your body, heart and soul. Sending healing vibes!

I find yoga really helps with my running, obviously all the stretching, mind you both my thighs and calves hurt this week, when I ran after yoga !

well I would like to keep it up once I get back into running again, when ever that might be!!

Sounds like you may be due a day of rest, you don't want to end up like me! :)

Yes, I would normally rest a little longer after yoga before next run, but cut the rest short this week to run again before the weather changed. Plus yoga this week seemed to really focus on leg stretching - who said yoga was relaxing 😊

you should give running in the rain a chance :) lol you might just enjoy it !

I've only done it a couple of times, and it was last year when I did the c25k for the first time...I loved it ! I even splashed in the puddles lol

Believe me I have on many occasions. Don’t mind running in the rain, just not yet motivated enough to get out of bed for an early morning run when it’s raining cats and dogs out side 😂 Maybe one day !
