Yesterday was day one for me. Weighed and counted my food and had a walk. Not shopping regularly yet but deliveries from local shops have been very good.
Struggling with exercise as I had an accident in January 2019 in the gym that has left me with dropped foot and back problems also due to dropped foot trip up easily and have damaged shoulder so weight loss important. Do Zoom yoga twice a week (or my form) no hiding at back of hall on Zoom. Before lock down also did golden swan ballet (what a sight that is) but needed to sort posture as I lean forward with pain in back.
Looking forward to this journey💕

Great start! Keep up the good work and you will see results that will benefit your health. Fabulous xx
Hello Lovetoknit I have just joined up. I was drawn to you as I like knitting too!
Sorry to hear about your health issues at the moment. Maybe the yoga will help you. I used to do it and found it very gentle but good for improving all kinds of things.
Hi London Sue I was brought up in Edmonton parents came from Bow and Shoreditch so lets do this journey together. I have crochet hearts for Covid19 during lock down as I'm usually a knockerette and knit for ladies that have had a masectomy(this has been suspended at present).
I have done yoga since the 70s but at present the mind willing but body creaking.
What diet are you doing? I am trying calorie counting as I eat too much 💕
Hi, your projects sound great, especially knitting the boobs. I am impressed. I haven't done crochet for years but my daughter has been teaching herself during lockdown.
As for kind of diet, I am starting by just cutting out all the extra snacks, especially biscuits I eat in the evening, that's my danger zone! I love cake, and occasionally bake, so I will have to be disciplined. As I go on I will probably calorie count, especially for the carbs!
