Hello, I'm new to this group but not to PD

Hi, I found this group when I was looking for places to post my Theracycle for sale. I am a 62 year old woman, diagnosed with essential tremor when I was 41 which was later changed to Young Onset Parkinson's Disease at age 47. I then became a Pilates Instructor working with people with PD. Pilates helps me so much to stay mobile. Now, after the pandemic, I teach or rather facilitate a Zoom class for PWPD Monday-Friday. We start with seated Tai Chi and move into Chair Dance Yoga and then we end with some easy Pilates stretching on the floor. My Parkinson's is progressing slowly, but lately it's seems more in the forefront of my day, occupying my time and head space. I believe stress is a major factor of affecting the progression of my PD. I have had a very stressful year and it shows in my symptoms. I do take medicine...I have since 2008. I do use alternative strategies. I think taking care of myself is a huge effort every day and I worry about who will take this much time to figure out what I need when I am unable to do so.
