I was interacting yesterday with one of my close Cardiologist Friend (we were school friends), he tells me that one simple blood test- least expensive which people don't do- can predict if you carry any CV risk or type 2 diabetic risk.. For an existing type-2 , it can predict to what extent the beta

Who else has purchased Albutrix?
I have been reading Stopping Kidney Disease by Lee Hull. I buy into the very low protein diet but don't really know much about product. Have others used this product long enough to get blood tests verifying the results?

Changing from methotrexate and prednisone to methotrexate and hydrochloroquine - is this a positive change?
I was diagnosed with aggressive RA in February 2019, placed on prednisone, tapered to 5 mg while awaiting second opinion. First doctor wanted me on methotrexate plus Enbrel, insurance plan approved. Second opinion said start on methotrexate, wait on Enbrel. Started 15 mg oral methotrexate in April

How to replace Peanut butter in new low protein diet
Hello: I am slowly working through Lee Hull's new book. Looking at my nutritional numbers I see I have to replace the peanut butter. Been putting it on my crackers at lunch. Any recommendations for low protein snack? I have room for more carb and a bit of fat.

CRP level elevated can anyone advise.
Hi Just wanted Clarification please. I wrote post a few weeks ago with my latest labs results and want to thank all who gave me brilliant advice. My C reactive protein was 9, on the printout of test results it stated "Abnormal but expected". Not sure why this would be. I know that CRP is an inflammation

Which blood test?
Hello, I’d like to ask your advice as to which blood test to get - blue horizon 11 or medichecks thyroid ultra-vit? They are very similar however there are some differences, namely, B12 active and inactive. Other differences are the inflammation marker and C reactive protein. I’m keeping really well
