Hi and welcome, simsha89
I wonder why you're resorting to whey protein powder, when nature provides plenty of unprocessed protein? You only need approximately 55g protein per day, which can be obtained from meat, fish, eggs, cheese, milk, yoghurt, nuts, beans, seeds and even from vegetables.

Hi simsha89, I wouldn’t have thought you would need protein supplements. Eating a normal diet of meat, fish, eggs, cheese and nuts should give you more than enough. Eating natural foods is much better than processed. Check out some of the posts for recipe ideas and type of foods which will give you essential nutrients. Write a post asking for ideas on healthy foods. If you are diabetic, look at the lchf posts. However read carefully and research it for you and ask questions before you embark on a lchf way of life. The diet doctor is always a good website to visit too, there you will get lots of information.
