LCFH benefit shown on HbA1C within 3 months
I became member here about 4 months back when my FS was 140-150 and PP about 200. I was on New Triglucored Forte 3 times. HbA1C was 7.2, 7.3, 7.4 over last 2 years. LCFH diet started giving immediate benefit and I switched to Glycomet GP2 twice and Pioglit 15 once. Sugar came down to FS 100 and PP 130

Hi, Could I have something wrong with my adrenal glands?
I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism last week - I had many of the classic symptoms. For the last 6-8 weeks I have developed large brownish skin discolouration around the inner elbows on both arms. My blood tests also showed that my inflammatory markers were up - serum C reactive protein 25.02 (0-5).

Following my ridiculous meeting with quack GP today, and being told my TSH OF 2.59 AND BOTTOM OF RANGE t3 and t4 definitely did not represent thyroidism, and it was more likely I had M.E (good call lol) I am a little unsure as to what my next port of call is. He has ordered a lot of new blood test (after
