First learn to change your thoughts .. Sometimes you have to tell yourself your over reacting now let's calm down also I used to go to the emergency room every other day..now I tell myself the emergency room can't help me and sit at home and deal.. I'm 56 and can finally let go of some anxiety
I was diagnosed early this week. I've been different all my life, and have amassed a number of individual "issues" and diagnoses over the years, but I've always known that something wasn't right. I knew that all these symptoms couldn't be individual, and that something must be causing the "big picture

Relaxed doctor
I have been seeing the specialist for about 3 years due to
water
retention
, fatigue, high liver enzymes. He put me on meds and the
water
retention
is under control. Liver enzymes are always elevated and liver is enlarged. I always go for blood work about every 4-6 months.

Looking For People Who Suffer From Body Dysmorphic Disorder needing someone not to think I am vain.
I know most of us don't like something about our appearance and some may fret about it. But with me with what I see staring back at me in the mirror truly disgusts me it's horrendous. I wear make up to try and conceal the ugliness and wear dark clothing so I don't draw unnecessary attention to myself

Switching from combo T4 + NDT to straight NDT
Water
retention
has increased slightly, to my dismay. The question is, are these just uncomfortable side effects resulting from the switch? Will they pass? How long does it usually take, and at what point can I do labs again? I know the 4 - 6 week range, but is it the same with NDT only?

Autistic diagnosis
I was disappointed yesterday to be told that one of our 6 year old twins is to be diagnosed with Autism. The doctor says it is easier than making an FAS diagnosis & is a way of getting more help at school. As far as we were aware he was classed as on the FAS spectrum, including his autistic traits,

Q. Regarding ADHD
