Here's my story: I was diagnosed in April 2016 when I was 70 years old. I had gotten up to play golf and noticed blood in my urine. Primary care doctor thought it was a UTI. It wasn't. He ran a PSA test. It was 14.7 and he sent me to a Urologist who immediately saw me when I was unable to pee.

Water retention
Been taking furosemide for a number of months now and only really have a little
water
retention
in my feet/ankles now. As I'm on my feet all day at work the water obviously gets pushed up my lower legs a little.

Bit confused. Is it normal to go into such great detail about premature labour when your expecting twins? It actually has me quite worried. Making me think it’s going to happen now. I’m 16weeks now and it seems abit early to be discussing it. Has anyone else had this discussion with their dr?

Escitalopram - 11 days in - side effects
I’m on 5 mgs taking in the morning, supposed to increase to 10 mgs in 3 days. Diagnosed with GAD. Not sure how I’m feeling is still side-effects or whether this is how the drugs will always make me feel! I would describe this as feeling lackadaisical and woolly-headed. Also mouth is dry and eyes heavy

Hello brothers and sisters in our world - what are you doing today?
Morning anxiety. Yuck. Not as bad as it has been. Depression yes it's there. Welcome back my old friend. so I don't want to get out of bed but I know I have to. So at this moment I made myself get up get dressed and start cleaning out my car. I said to myself this is what I need to do for me today. Right

Crossroads after failed Lu-177
Hello everyone, What a sad heading right?, Sorry, but this is not to break the hope that you you may all have for the treatments, MO told us on a personal level- that my father is really in the 5% unclucky ones where nothing works! So after these Lu-177 cycles (second time) Platelet and TLC count reduced

Feeling bullied from back in high school and now speaking my story to make a difference for today’s society
I may still be new to this site but per a little session I had with my therapist it does go with the time of the year as well as our society as far as mental illness. Right now it is graduation season and back in my time in high school it was rough but anyhow here I am ready to tell how it was and if

Trouble Focusing
I know this is less related to depression and anxiety and more to do with my ADHD, but what do you do when you have trouble focusing on assignments, tasks, cleaning, etc.? I find that I always try to work on stuff, and the next thing I know, I'm watching videos of monkeys or talking to someone or something
