MTHFR cannot process synthetic
vitamins
. These synthetic
vitamins
are harmful. In the late 90’s, the FDA decided to enrich flour with synthetic
vitamins
. This is causing huge problems. 30-40% of the population have a form of MTHFR. Unintended consequences.

Sharing my experience concerning MTHFR mutation and ADHD
This converts
vitamins
like B12, B6 and Folic Acid into the forms that work in the body, but the mutation means that you have a vitamin deficiency even though you take the RDA of the
vitamins
.

Also are there any
vitamins
/ minerals I need to stop ahead of the test re. cortisol? ( I self inject B12 every other day due to Pernicious Anaemia, I also take high doses of folate, D3, K2, magnesium to support this, I also take probiotics, plus iron but have stopped that ahead of ferritin.

I looked at my face
I bought all of the
vitamins
and have great face creams. I've spent my time since I was 18 taking care of my skin, stay out of the sun, drink lots of liquids- self care. The abrasion thing has a bunch of tiny needles that scratch off the top layers of skin . It hurts.

I’ve been started taking vitamin B 12
vitamins
in the morning, and after two episodes of the gabapentin and daily B12 I no longer have the issues. I also have Hashimoto’s disease. I have an appointment to see my GP in January and will get a full panel of annual test done.

My dentist said he thinks I'm lacking in
vitamins
. I have started taking B complex. My GP states my B12 is ok. I am prescribed ferrous fumerate 305mg x 2. Is there anything else I can take to help heal it?

vitamins
ect would be beneficial to my health as I do have cirrhosis. Many thanks 😍💗 Danielle

People with high blood levels of niacin, (vitamin B3), may be more likely to have a heart attack or stroke than those with lower levels
Vitamins
are essential for our health after all. But new research has me rethinking this philosophy.

Hi allI posted here last week my vitamin test results from medichecks. My active B12 and folate were low so as per advice on the forum I have held off supplementing until my GP tests for pernicious anaemia. My mother had PA and I certainly do have some symptoms of B12 deficiency. I'm due to get my bloods
