Hi,

See todays results. I know I need to check vitamins again. Main symptom is exhaustion and hard to lose weight. Seen a consultant for central hypothyroid but he didn’t think I had that. What would you do from here other than check vitamins. I think it’s just keeping an eye on it for now, and maybe my levels are just low and that’s normal for me.

Have you had ultrasound scan of thyroid

Or

MRI of pituitary

thanks for your replies. What would an ultrasound uncover which isn’t found by other tests? Thanks

Casey2411,

Most likely not. An MRI is comprehensive and will uncover any tumour or gland tissue damage.
