Can I still buy my b12 overseas with new law
They want to make all
vitamins
minerals and natural products only available by prescription and illegal to import by patients. That would mean no over-the-counter nor online sales for B12. Dystopic times we live in!! I just became aware of this!

Increased cancer risk?
Now, I have read in some cancer fora supplementing with B-
vitamins
, in particular B12, can increase the risk of cancer, if ones level is always a bit high.I usually am around 5-700 nmol/L, when I get my Hydroxocobalamin inj., but naturally that shoots my level up for a while before it decreases during

Hypothyroid for 30 years
I take
vitamins
and minerals for over 50's plus vit D, high dose as I don't get out of the house much (disability ). My weight has constantly gone up and up, even though I'm very careful of my food intake, calories, protein, carbs and fats/dairy etc.

Is this thyroid?
I started herbs and
vitamins
in the hope it would help however I reacted badly and discovered my blood pressure was high (it’s going high to low). I’ve had low blood pressure all my life so this was a surprise to me.

I have consistently been working on optimising
vitamins
since last year and this has sadly made no difference. my blood pressure is always low, especially on thyroid meds.

Anyone tried adrenal supplements? Any feedback please?
I suspect hypo and hashi as bloods in normal range but TS4 and 3 low and so are
vitamins
. It could also be a pituitary problem I think but my mind gets a bit scrambled with everything. 🤷♀️ Thanks

help - prostate cancer with bone metastasis in bones - patient 70 years old - PERU
Do you know of any alternative treatments or
vitamins
that could help? I appreciate your time, if you could advise me on anything else, the process is complicated for my family. If anyone is interested and wants more information.

How To Consume Reveal CBD Gummies Perfectly?
However, there are certain population groups who may have higher needs of some nutrients or follow diets that may make it difficult to obtain the optimal level of these
vitamins
and minerals. In these cases, taking a multivitamin gummy may provide value.

Tiny Levo increase but FT4 well over range
TSH 0.01 FT4 24.4=124% FT3 4.8=46% Notes: lack of energy No
vitamins
to add apart from vit D 100. Wouldn’t be surprised if iron and B12 slightly low but the test failed so I’m waiting for a replacement kit.

Off B12 a week before B12 blood test or not?
Or is stopping B
vitamins
only necessary before the thyroid blood tests? Many thanks.

Feeling anxious hopeless desperate and overwhelmed, sad
I thought I did everything I could for the last cycle in terms of
vitamins
, diet, acupuncture and yoga etc I was offered calcium ionophore at the last minute for our 4 eggs and agreed to this add on. Not much information on was given to us but I decided to go for it.

Socratic Lab Results – any advice?
I regularly check
vitamins
etc. and supplement. I’m neither gluten- nor dairy free but get fresh eggs from a farmer and only goat or sheep yoghurt. Fruit and veggies in Greece are still quite good, though it’s changing and supermarkets are to be avoided.

Sharing my experience concerning MTHFR mutation and ADHD
This converts
vitamins
like B12, B6 and Folic Acid into the forms that work in the body, but the mutation means that you have a vitamin deficiency even though you take the RDA of the
vitamins
.

interpreting results
I’m fine interpreting the results of the
vitamins
and minerals, and I also understand that the higher the TSH the more underactive you are, and the lower the number, the more overactive you are, ideally TSH needs to be between 1 and 2…..

Vitamin blood test
Hi I need to retest my
Vitamins
and Ferritin and Folate, Doctors will only test Vitamin D as they say the others were fine when they were tested earlier in the year. I was wondering who to use for this as there are so many options available. Cheers

Fibromyalgia or Hypothyroidism?
If I can get her to share her results with me, and/or get some private tests to cover all thyroid results (she has lalready had
vitamins
checked), could we see Hashi's if it was there? I hope that I've made clear what I'm trying to ask. 🙁
