Off B12 a week before B12 blood test or not?
Or is stopping B
vitamins
only necessary before the thyroid blood tests? Many thanks.

IV Therapy
It seems that if my liver and pancreases are not using my enzymes well, these
vitamins
and minerals go directly to your blood stream.

Advice please
I have asked for
vitamins
to be done as well as TSH and T3 and T4 as normally they just do TSH which leads to a yo yoing of results, one time too high and next time too low. I am having test done at 08.30 in the morn8ng and I know not to take my levo before I go.

Anyone else tried NDT due to levo side effects?
Or whether I need to up my meds or whether it's low
vitamins
. I am going to request a blood test for all these today, plus menopause. I bought Metavive on someone's recommendation, as I do prefer the idea of taking something natural, but haven't been brave enough to take it properly yet.

Natural way to deal with fluctuating hormones
I’ve been looking on Amazon at all the different supplements ranging from
vitamins
to herbal remedies for peri menopause some claim to help with hormones and anxiety. There are so many different types/brands I really don’t know where to start.

I plan to get

done next privately to see how those levels are doing. Any advice gratefully received. All tests were done following guidelines etc.

Second opinion for my daughter (ruling out thyroid, opinion on vitamins)
17 year old daughter has complained of headaches and fatigue for years. Chalked it up to teenager, pandemic, and irregular sleeping patterns. As all those things resolved, and the headaches and fatigue didn't, I ordered bloodwork to rule out Hashis and Hypo; and hopefully pinpoint a treatment to get

Vitamin blood test
Hi I need to retest my
Vitamins
and Ferritin and Folate, Doctors will only test Vitamin D as they say the others were fine when they were tested earlier in the year. I was wondering who to use for this as there are so many options available. Cheers

People with high blood levels of niacin, (vitamin B3), may be more likely to have a heart attack or stroke than those with lower levels
Vitamins
are essential for our health after all. But new research has me rethinking this philosophy.

Vitamin and mineral supplements? My latest results
Hi all, I've just had my latest Blue Horizon results (see image) which I would welcome comments on, particularly regarding the
vitamins
and minerals I might need to supplement. All blood tests were done no later than 9.30am, no levo for 24 hours before.
