as I see of related to digestive system health, reason is from my experience is as a pd patient last 5 years, tried multiple solutions for pd. vitamins ,co enzyme 10 so on,only effective way the managed becoming vegan ,also fasting big major lead took healing process.especially wearing off time after taking 75mg stalevo reduced peak point 15 min.

it's unbelievable result I got from that.even extended wearing off time from every 3 hours to 5 between 6 hours.my Energy level has been transformed low to high in the week.

meal plan is I got my invention compare my blood type. as 0 positive blood group,

in the normal live even my group types should not consume dairy products

red meat, soya products so on.

I stopped consuming dairy , processd food , legumes,it is stops medication working.

Junk food

take out meals

sodas

sugary drinks and snacks.

stay away from protein bars.

it is hard but u have to do it deceplin Ur body to gain power.

one other thing I can recommend that

if Ur young on set pd patient strength training very important.

I recommend Also shotokan karate movement Kara's.sharp shophisticated

martial arts ,

basketball.

football training sections

healthy life to everyone I wishing
