Kindly requesting help again
With all that being said, because of all the different inflammatories/doses etc I’ve fallen behind on my
vitamins
as was getting confused with timings - Lansoprazole/Ferrous Fumarate /Celebrex/Vit D/B12.. I’ve now stopped Celebrex and have been commenced on 20mg Prednisolone.

TMD pain
I've had to come off my
vitamins
for a week in order to get bloods tested. Last time I had them done my Vit D was 'insufficient' but I've been dosing myself with BetterYou D3/K2 for the past three months. Obviously none of any vits for the last week. But the pain had started before that anyway.

This Morning BBC One programme
Surely her Dr should have prescribed a starter dose of levothyroxine as well as testing her for coeliac and the normal
vitamins
. No wonder people are suffering out there.

I make my self treatment decisions with the understanding I am working towards a biochemical solution.
All other
vitamins
may be affected by that deficiency in ways that are unknown. As I write it occurs to me I need to put together a comprehensive list of tests that should be done and submit it to my GP and see which ones they will order.

Period Cycles, Ovulation, and Levothyroxine
I have found from being regular and predictable, since I was diagnosed and started Levothyroxine only (still slowly getting to optimum dose and working on
vitamins
) my period cycles appear to be slightly longer between 28-31 days instead pre-diagnosis of 26 days, and I don’t appear to be ovulating.

Update #10: The Adrenal Gateway
However, if, like me you are someone who has trawled around thyroid forum after forum hopelessly looking for answers, have had no response to T4 mono, T3 mono, have added in T3 to no avail, have spent untold years fiddling with T4:T3 ratios, optimised
vitamins
, restricted your diet, trialled NDT, swallowed
