So very grateful for Thyroid UK
and learning so much about
vitamins
, private blood tests, private Endos, and so much more, things are turning around. I have a supportive husband and family and I know many don’t have that but I know the support here is absolutely irreplaceable. I am so very, very grateful.☺️🥰

vitamins/supplements to help with implantation/reducing inflammation (endo sufferer)
hiya ! Hope everyone is ok. I’m just planning for my FET in April and I feel I have a nice amount of time to really get myself in the best possible shape. Can anyone recommend supplements they took to help with implantation? Thanks so much xx

Side Effects Of Mannitol in Levothyroxine
There is no lactose but there is also magnesium stearate which I have taken in
vitamins
before and had the same problem so could it be MANNITOL or MAGNESIUM STEARATE or both?? I dont suppose there is a brand that doesnt contain these ingredients or lactose?? Long shot I know! Thanks :-)

Strange, possibly hopeful realisation
I tried a whole regime of
vitamins
, CBD and so on but eventually, there were too many for me to manage and I ended up with just fenbendazole and melatonin.

Vitamin/supplements
Can I ask what
vitamins
would be useful to try to support healthy thyroid function. I know iron, and vitamin B12 are important, I wondered if a specific Thyriod supplement was useful. I found this one, does anyone else take this? https://heynutrition.com/products/thyroid-complex?

Thyroid Lab Error
That raised alarm bells so I went to a private clinic to get full blood work (FT3, FT4,
vitamins
and minerals etc.). My TSH from that lab came back as 1.4 (which is more similar to where it has been in the past). That feels like way too big a change for two weeks? Right?

Success at 42? I need good stories xx
I have been on some
vitamins
like coq10 tho. Not sure why I'm writing this, just completely fed up of how unlucky my husband and I have been to still be trying after all these years. Feels like I'm going into this negatively already.

Hashimotos and hair loss
How to convince GP to test for
vitamins
at this point of time? I do get a yearly blood test for everything, but that happens once a year, usually in November. Are there any peer reviewed studies which support the Hashimotos-
vitamins
connection?
