1st ever vitamin tests - newly hypo
I’ve followed your excellent advice and got my
vitamins
tested and was wondering if I could please have some advise on these results. Starting Levo dose 75 (48kg) As a reminder I was diagnosed hypo 1 month ago. Since starting Levo have been muscle and joint pain with acid reflux.

As well as testing for ferritin, minerals and
vitamins
(whatever you suggest really) , I’m wondering if I should ask the doctor for testing for estrogen, testosterone and bone health. What do you think?

This, that, all?
The results show my
vitamins
are bad and I am getting this sorted out this week with supplements and an overhaul of my diet. Should I try first with
vitamins
and diet and see if I start to feel a little better or would people advise I do both?

Wondering WHY you are NOT improving???You are going to be VERY, VERY ANGRY when you read this!!!
Because 98% of the
vitamins
sold on Amazon do NOT say that. But when I got the
vitamins
delivered ... the bottle read: "
Formulated
in the USA" .... NOT NOT NOT ...

anyone got experience of private Drs or this reaction to dropping meds?
I am waiting for a new panel of blood tests with
vitamins
etc, but am considering consulting a private doctor from the thyroid UK list.

Currently taking 50mcg.Not currently taking any other
vitamins
, but happy that I've managed to increase my ferritin from 20 to 51 since my last results. Any tips on whether I should be taking anything else based on these results?

has anybody switched from Vyvanse to Concerta because Vyvanse only last a couple hours?
I’ve been reading, and some people metabolize
vitamins
, much faster than others. Has anybody found a way to make it last longer? I am thinking about switching to Concerta because of the way, your body metabolizes it may last longer.
