Never had any cardio vascular problems once I hit the gym and dropped a few lbs. BP and Cholesterol are firmly in check

If your serum values are low, you need supplements. Otherwise they may be harmful.

Your serum Vitamin D level should be above 20 ng/ml. It's easy enough to get all the Vitamin D from sunlight in Greece.

Your dietary intake of calcium should be 1000 mg-1200 mg. If you can't get it normalized from dietary sources (bony fish like sardines or anchovies is the best source). If you must supplement, take the minimum necessary to normalize.

serum calcium is part of a CMP (comprehensive metabolic panel), which is one of the tests my docs have me do every 3 months.

Yes, I have it run quarterly with my other blood tests.

Weight lifting and cardio good. That much vitamin D is not. As is recommended, check your levels and bring to normal if need be. Megadoses of it will not help and may well harm.

Look into taking magnesium supplements. Works for me to help bones absorb calcium. I only take calcium from food.

Same here. 400 mg of magnesium daily. I never take calcium. Been on adt almost 2 years and my last Dexa scan in Dec showed normal bone density.
