How long have you been on this?Have you had a second bone scan to see how treatment is going? My Oncologist says second scan won't be until 2 years which will be January 2025
I'm sorry to hear about your diagnosis and the challenges you're facing. It sounds like you're doing everything you can to manage your condition and its side effects.
I haven't been in the exact same situation, but I do know that osteopenia can be a common issue with ADT treatment because of its impact on bone density. It's great that you're taking calcium citrate with vitamin D and Alendronate to help manage it. I've read that weight-bearing exercises can also be beneficial for bone health, but of course, it's best to check with your doctor before starting any new regimen.
