Have I cardiac haemolytic anaemia or haven't I?
I have been borderline anaemic for some years and it seems that my TAVI a year ago and the consequent medication may have pushed me over the threshold. On May 31 a haematologist wrote to my GP following tests on
March 5
to say that "it is likely [that I have] cardiac haemolytic anaemia". But

Keeping the balance of vitamines
This is the conclusion of an article that talks about keeping various vitamins in balance. As always, proper research should be done on amounts of any vitamin, what their cofactors are. Hello!
Hey folks, Not entirely sure where to start here, first post. - I recently had a cholecystectomy (gallbladder removal) due to some on-going issues which were identified as gallstones. - During this, and also backed up by biopsy/blood tests it seems I have some issues going on with my liver L3 fibrosis

Help with blood results please
My Daughter has just had some blood results and I would be grateful if you could advise on them. I know I should be able to help having had a TT nearly 20 years ago and I have previously received invaluable help from members. But my cognitive abilities have declined and I cannot even remember how to

When will it end?
In the 1970s I had severe anxiety and panic attacks: in the 80s I developed ME which lasted into the 90s; then I started with atrial fibrillation which resulted in waiting for years for a diagnosis - prompted by a very junior nurse saying, [i]'I can't take her blood pressure, her pulse is all over the

I wrote in another post but didn't get a response so trying again. I'm female late 50s, non smoker, v little alcohol, not overweight but have had a lot of stressful situations to deal with for the last 30 years. I got an ultrasound due to right rib pain which showed -liver slightly enlarged, echo bright

B12 & Folic Acid and Anxiety
I have suffered with anxiety and panic for a long time but since my loading doses of hydroxocobalamin and folic acid my anxiety and panic are unbearable. I just wondered if anyone experienced this and then started feeling better? I'm nervous to inject further and wondered if I'd be better waiting 2-3

Shocking story about women dying of CRF/ME
Did anyone read about the women who died from CFS/ME? https://news.sky.com/story/woman-with-me-died-after-begging-gp-for-help-inquest-told-13183530 Why didn't anyone try B12 and see if it could help her? If you look online there is masses of information about how B12 can help CFS/ME. For example

Hello lovely folks I saw there as a poll on the above 10 years ago. I wonder if its a Poll we could do again?...as shared knowledge and experience is now 10 years wiser...? and many have questioned B12 Guidance from medical bodies. Could it generate some useful learnings..? if we are trying

Gastritis and B12 deficiency
Good morning all you lovely people. Does anybody have gastritis as their root cause of B12D? I was hospitalised in 2009 with gastritis and I now believe that this was the beginning of my problems, with a Naproxen prescription and high stress levels in 2023 really exacerbating things in my stomach to

Calcium supplements - drawbacks
Was not prescribed calcium supplement or Vit D, taking the latter with K2 following advice from the forum. Now concerned about taking a calcium supplement given that there has been some (old) research indicating that it could be harmful to heart, kidneys and colon! Advice would be welcome. I try to ensure
