I just had my blood tests done. These are my results:

FT4: 17 11-22
FT3: 4,65 3,1-6,8
Vit D3: 18 30-70
vit B12: 382, 9 197-771
Mg: 2,02 1,6-2,6
Ferithin: 61,7 13-150
Folate: 4,98 4,8-37,3
Colesterol ldl: 59-24 60-100
HDL: 54,5 >=50
TRAB: 0,8 <1,53
ATGB: 18,63 <=115
ATPO: 17 <34
TG: 75,7 3,5-77
I want to mention that in January FT4 was 15. I am curently on Carbimazol, 5 mg/day. I started taking vitamin D3 4000, vitamin K2, Selenium: 25mg: 2/day, Zinc: 100 mg: 2/day. I take Mangosteen: 2/day and I just started eating turmeric in almost every meal due to that fact that I was told I have inflammation in my body. I want to start taking a vitamin B complex bu I do not want to take more pills. What would you recommend?
Is there anything else that I need to add?

Do you have a CRP reading (inflammation marker test)?
I myself have found taking high dose turmeric useful for lowering inflammation, but my recent experiences have led me to believe that taking this long term may effect ferritin levels:
I would recommend a good B complex, such as Thorne Basic B. I personally found that I needed to take a separate Methyl folate supplement alongside this to raise folate sufficiently, until my levels were higher in the range (now I’ve found my levels are good with just a B Complex alternate days).
This recent post has good information/ links concerning B Complex
Hi Buddy195, I also did a thermography and it shows that I have some inflammation in my body. Also the doctor told me that the fact that my TSH is fluctuating might be from inflammation at the hipophiza (brain) level. I started using turmeric in everything, Also I take Piper longum in the morning, which is an Ayurvedic herb.
I recently found out about ozonate CBD. This was homologated not long ago on the market and has many benefits in terms of relaxation, increased immunity, balancing the metabolisation of the Ca in the body along others good effects.
I also have a tinnitus that I do not seem to get rid of it. If anyone has found a way to diminish it, I welcome the sharing of the remedy.
