Hey folks,

Not entirely sure where to start here, first post.

- I recently had a cholecystectomy (gallbladder removal) due to some on-going issues which were identified as gallstones.

- During this, and also backed up by biopsy/blood tests it seems I have some issues going on with my liver L3 fibrosis and initial LFTs around 700+ (since dropped to 138).

- I’ve been prescribed 3 x 3mgs of Budenofalk which I’ve been consuming for around 6 weeks along with the Calcium/Vitamin D tablets.

I guess this has all come as a little of a shock given I feel incredibly healthy overall. I can’t say I’m enjoying the steroids as my face has become a little puffy, I’m focused on dropping weight down.

I don’t know how seriously I should be taking this. My consultant said it may be that the biopsy was from a specific area given my ultrasound, CT and MRI have not shown anything to be concerned by but “Dr. Google” shows me L3 is not a great place to be in.
