Egg Quality
God I feel old today! I had my consultation with my clinic regarding my latest negative test & she pretty much said it's simply the egg quality because of age. I'm 39 next month with an AMH of 8.5. Both cycles I've been getting around 3 or 4 mature eggs. Only 1 blast each round. I have 2 more rounds

Increase injections?
I currently self inject once a week - I started about 3 months ago as I was having lots of pins and needles and burning in my hands, arms and feet. GP agreed to 10 weekly injections and I’ve continued with those without mentioning the self injecting. I always had a really strong reaction one or two days

ESSENTIAL VIEWING - Dr David Morris - Role of B12
Hi All This video is a breath of fresh air. https://vimeo.com/891099138/4150efa06b?share=copy New and old forum members should get a brew and watch. So insightful. Understanding methylation issues has been a key factor in my recovery. A separate post when I am able to concisely explain what

I am passionate about spreading the word about B12 deficiency. Being diagnosed and treated has transformed my life. I met with an old friend the other day who has recently been put on antidepressants. She also mentioned she is deficient in B12 amongst other things. I took my chance to bang on about

Low tsh
Hi I have hashimoto's and have had fluctuating levels for about four years. My last test my tsh was 0.08, but t4 was only 12.4 in a range of 10-18. I would expect my t4 to be higher! T3 wasn't even tested. My b12, vit D and folate are mid range. My Dr wants to reduce my thyroxine from 150/125 alternate

B complex includes b12
I have been doing SI EOD Hydroxocobalamin for 8 weeks now, with cofactors. I have just seen a nutritionist to see if I can get my gut back to optimum health. She has recommended a few supplements that she think will help, one of which is a B complex, which includes folate, and also some Methylcobalamin

Celiac Disease: A Forty-Year Analysis in an Italian Referral Center
Not sure there is anything actually new here - but the statistics are far more significant than I had realised. (Of course, many here have some of these associated co-morbidities and complications despite having been tested properly and not having celiac disease.)

Finally, off DA but perhaps not for much longer
I am 64 years old and after 22 years of taking the DA Mirapexin, I took my last quarter tablet on July 7th. However, after three weeks of sleepless nights, I may have to start taking them again, which is a depressing prospect. All my bloods (e.g. iron panel, B12, etc) are fine. I started taking pregabalin
