I have been doing SI EOD Hydroxocobalamin for 8 weeks now, with cofactors. I have just seen a nutritionist to see if I can get my gut back to optimum health. She has recommended a few supplements that she think will help, one of which is a B complex, which includes folate, and also some Methylcobalamin.
I have notice my pee is now neon yellow, which I know is not major a concern as it is probably the extra B12 being got rid of.
Is it okay to carry on doing this as I obviously don’t need the extra or does anyone have any other thoughts on this.

Riboflavin is the most common cause of bright yellow urine:
Riboflavin – Vitamin B2
Vitamin B2, or riboflavin, is naturally present in foods, added to foods, and available as a supplement. Bacteria in the gut can produce small amounts of riboflavin, but not enough to meet dietary needs. Riboflavin is a key component of coenzymes involved with the growth of cells, energy production, and the breakdown of fats, steroids, and medications. [1] Most riboflavin is used immediately and not stored in the body, so excess amounts are excreted in the urine. [2] An excess of dietary riboflavin, usually from supplements, can cause urine to become bright yellow.
You won't overdose on B12 by adding the supplement with your injections. B12 is excreted in your pee as you have notices. I get that too from sublingual Methylcobalamin.
Well done for rowing your boat and consulting a Funtional Nutritionist. My FN has changed my life for the better.
Pee colour is wonderful - from lurid yellow to pinks! All good stuff - shows your kidneys are working - I love once in a while testing with a beetroot fest!
