Vitamin b12/Folate deficiency
Hi all, Firstly can I say how helpful I’ve found this forum with the issues I’ve had with my health recently. I’ve recently been diagnosed by my GP with b12 and folate deficiency. I had a blood test (in the UK) and was told my level was 125 (not sure what unit of measure). It was suggested I had a

stopping vitamins before tests
hi everyone, I can’t remember if I have to stop my
vitamin
b12
and D before doing my medichecks test - the one that tests for t3, t4, tsh, folate, b12, D, ferritin and inflammation. I’m taking the vitamins in spray form now so no biotin - is there any other reason I have to stop before testing?

Newly diagnosed with low VitB12
The doc ordered a full fasting blood count which come back with me having low
vitamin
B12

vitamin
D. (live in Scotland so most people are) and folic acid levels on the low side although I am not technically anaemic.

Vitamin B12 produced by gut bacteria modulates cholinergic signalling
Here we show that
vitamin
B12
-producing bacteria that colonize the intestine can modulate excitatory cholinergic signalling and behaviour in the host Caenorhabditis elegans.

Panpharma B12 Depot out of stock at Apohealth - now what do I do?
And they have
vitamin
B12
depot Hevert. But that's cobalamin. I only have 13 ampoules of my Panpharma B12 depot left. What should I do? Wait and hope they get more soon. Or order a small number of the alternatives? What might the difference be for me?
