I read that :

The normal range for active vitamin B12 (holoTC) is around 20 – 134 pmol/L (picomoles per

My recent blood test states my active B12 level is 83.2pmol/L but states this is optimal. (medichecks)

Do I need to supplement this?

Active B12 optimal level is said to be over 75 so your level is fine.

How is your folate though?

unfortunately the folate was flagged as error on the Medicheck Results, they said something about sending detail on retest but just refunded £8.00.

Thats a shame. If you're not supplementing it then its likely not optimal.

You would still benefit from a good methyl B complex regardless of B12 being OK.

I had only just started to take B Complex but have recently stopped as due to have a restest on thyroids soon as my F4 had raised and I noticed it had PABA in it , so was going to change brand. [I am hoping to ask for GP test to folate]
