As a community, our journey can be extremely arduous. There is no set pattern to recovery, once we believe that we are on an even keel, something can tip the balance. Hey presto, more tomfoolery, antics and don’t start on the capers.

I wished to share this piece with you. Vitamin B12 transforms, repairs and regenerates cells and nerves. It heals, it nourishes, it is involved in translating and it recombines ALL at a microscopic level.

Please know that the composer is also a miracle. Steve Jablonsky’s mother’s and father’s gametes combined. The cells started to divide, they implanted and continued to grow. It is a pleasure to meet your acquaintance. You took the time to read about the person you are engaging with via the internet. I love authenticity and freely admit when I do not know things. Recently, catching a taxi, I engaged in conversation with the man driving the taxi. He was from Africa but I could not guess which very large country, clueless about its capital city, currency, languages, government, wildlife, food and music. So, I asked and listened as he educated me.
