Filter needles for methylcobalamin
Do you use filter needles to draw up your B12? If so, where do you get them? I just received my dry methylcobalamin and normal saline ampules, and I mixed it up but then I started to worry about drawing up glass in the syringe. I'm not sure how likely this is. Is it a big risk to do it without a filter

How to persuade TSH-obsessed Endo I'm not over-replaced (on T3-only)?
I supplement with iron,
B12
,
vitamin
D and selenium. My BP is low, my resting heart rate is low 60 bpm. I did struggle with a 19kg weight gain because of insulin resistance, but ditching the gluten and refined carbs solved that and I'm now a healthy weight.

Coronary artery calcification, osteoporosis and B12 deficiency- what to do next ?
I have just been found to have coronary artery calcification incidentally when having a Lung Healthcare scan. This information was passed to my GP who wants to put me on statins (Atorvastatin 20mg daily). I have no idea of the severity or extent of the calcification, only that it was found. I don't

Polyneuropathy and vitamin B 12
I have had polyneuropathy for some time and I have tried B12 recently and it seems to me to help a lot. I put this to the test accidentally by running out and was surprised by how much the pain increased. Not expensive and worth trying.

Regulating speed of healing
This has only become an issue with injecting 4+ times a day with two injections of B12 1 mg in a solution of 1mg/ml. Prior to that my body was starving for B12 which is a very different experience. The experience was a using up my B12 roller coaster. I inject two different forms in each injection and

Loading dose now complete and...drum roll
Last of the 6 jabs was two days ago. I've had some "standard" improvements and some unexpected ones. First thing I noticed was that the half moons on my fingernails started to reappear (they've been missing for ages). Mainly my thumbs but they're coming back on a couple of other digits as well. Sadly

B12 OVERDOSE
In my idle moments I was browsing around and came across Livestrong.com where it states many false ideas, including that B12 is not excreted in urine, too much can give you HEART ATTACK, and a few others. I have pointed them here and asked them to correct their information, but I don't suppose they
