hello, I belong to pernicious anaemia forum so I should post this on there as well
Your printed test B12 looks to be in range, but I do not know about active B12. (Serum B12 is unreliable and ranges are meaningless). BUT I think it really depends on your clinical symptoms, which can be physical, neurological and psychiatric neurological.
There are many online sites listing symptoms , one is the PAS (pernicious anaemia society):

Treatment depends on symptoms.
Your CRP is high. Your Cortisol is too high in my opinion.
Good morning,
Active B12 looks OK. Have you had your serum B12 tested? Are you experiencing symptoms which you think might be attributable to a B12 deficiency?
Your ferritin is high in range but that could be explained by your elevated CRP. Was that commented on by whoever commissioned the bloods? Did you have a cold or similar?
Ah that makes sense. Be interesting to see where your levels are at. Take care
