What now, totally lost and scared
I was all ready to start self injecting B12 having done much research and received helpful advice on here, received supplies and got my first jab done at a clinic. I doubted my GP would consider injections as my total serum B12 was 747ng/L (200-900) 3 months ago so decided to go this alone. Very low

B12 or something else?
I have been regularly private blood testing to keep an eye on my vitamin levels, both my ferritin and
vitamin
D are low, so I supplement those also.

Just need some advice on self injecting.
Just need to come up with a safe plan for what to do about my B12 injections. After several years of symptoms like chronic fatigue, brain fog, dizziness, pins and needles, sore lips, dry skin, breathlessness etc I was finally diagnosed with a B12 deficiency in 2011. My B12 level was 154. By this

After Some Super Advice on This Forum
Firstly, thank you for all your advice on my last thread, needless to say I took it onboard and proceeded to get another blood test with the advised timings and vitamins etc. So once again I hope I can ask for your advice again, I'll post Januarys and now March's, they look better to me, but as I said

Blood test time - still no better
Hello I'm posting again to get views on my latest blood tests, although I think it's probably same as last time. I just don't get anywhere with my doctor. Last time some of you were saying that I possibly had poor conversion and I think my results this time are showing similar sort of numbers. My doctor

hi, I’ve on my 5th loading dose of b12, and I have really bad nerve pain in my hands and feet, I’m really struggling with the pain, I’m on 3 pain killers and now sleeping tablets. The pain seems to have got worse since starting the loading doses, had anyone else had this? I’ve asked doctors but they

Empty sella but not sure about my thyroid!
Hi there I am 42 and have been having what I thought was perimenopause symptoms for a good few years now. My main symptoms were chronic headaches and fatigue also some muscle twitching. I was sent for an mri on my head to see what was going on and it suggests an empty sella so to me that would mean my
