Folate/B12 advice
Folate - Serum 7.4 ug/L (>7)
Vitamin
B12
150 nmol/L (37.5 - 188) How can I get my folate up? I'm assuming it's way too low? I've been taking Thorne Basic B Complex or Liposomal B Complex daily for ages, plus a B12 spray occasionally if I forget. Should I take a seperate folate supplement?

Some help
While not a cure I have found that
vitamin
B12
helps. My feet are less painful since I started taking it in spite of not really believing in it!

I have had a few tests over the last few years which include
Vitamin

How to wean off omeprazole
I’ve just had some blood tests done prior to some surgery and the results show there may be a problem with
vitamin
B12
levels. Hmm, I take 20mg omeprazole daily, in capsule form. Anyone any idea of the best way to come off this? I believe I’ll have to gradually wean off it?
