New blood results, still feel rubbish

I had full TT in March, some tissue remaining. I started on 25mcg of Levothyroxine but felt awful so Endocrinologist has increased this to 50 mcg with added 10 mcg of t3. I still don’t feel great. I slept from 1 pm until 4 yesterday, unheard of for me, I am 64 and normally very active. I also have very dry mouth since taking Levo which is awful and some pains in my joints. My new results are:

Free T4 13.4 range 10.8 - 25.5

TSH 1.63 range 0.27 - 4.2

Free T3 4.4 range 3.1 - 6.8

Only vitamins tested:

Ferritin 107 range 30 -400

Vitamin B12 902 range 180 -999

Lipase 58 range 13 - 60

I take vitamin D with K2, B12 daily

Does anyone think I need Levo increase?

can you add:

how many days/weeks on current dose when those bloods done ? ~

time of test,

time of last dose Levo, and last dose T3.

people replying will need this info to interpret your results

Only 3 weeks on current dose.

Bloods were taken at 4 pm, no choice as Endocrinologist booked appointment, I have no say in day or times.

Last dose of Levo and T3 together 5 am on the morning of test
