Active B12 & TSAT
My test result for Active B12 is 113 pmol/L. Is this a good result, or should I take supplements to improve it? And for TSAT it's 49% which is right at the top of normal. Should I be concerned about that? Interested to hear opinions anyone cares to share.

Folate issues
Some months ago, I noticed a link to an article on toxicity of high B12 levels. I meant to read it but now can't find it. Could someone please send me the link? Many thanks.

sleep aid
just sharing a link that is a new product helpful for sleep. It was recommended by a very well know integrative doctor in California. I am not recommending it for restless legs, but my sister and her husband say it helps with sleep. https://lifewave.com

B12 deficiency
I was diagnosed with a B12 deficiency. I'm recovering from covid it's been 3 weeks. Not sure if the covid knocked my B12 down. I had first injection today. I woke up out of my sleep my body burning and dry month. I had that feeling first week of covid it went away. Now I'm not sure if the B12 is fighting

stopping vitamins before tests
hi everyone, I can’t remember if I have to stop my vitamin b12 and D before doing my medichecks test - the one that tests for t3, t4, tsh, folate, b12, D, ferritin and inflammation. I’m taking the vitamins in spray form now so no biotin - is there any other reason I have to stop before testing? Thanks

Clueless and looking for advice!
Hi, I was recommended to post here from the thyroid uk group. I did a medichecks test last week, and my vitamin levels were as follows. I have also included previous results from 2022 that the GP took. Vit D (50-250 normal range) 01/04/22. 31nmol 15/07/22. 42nmol 29/02/24. 55.1nmol Ferritin (30-

Nitrofurantoin Antibiotics up date
I have been really frightened this last week. I thought I might be seriously ill. So many of my symptoms have returned in such a short time. A swift full on comeback of anxiety and exhaustion where I don't even want to wash myself. Even got oral thrush. Can't believe this.I've seen a doctor who did listen

Hello, I’m still new to this forum and finding my way around. B12 is up from 185 pg/mL to 811 pg/mL
B12 levels are up to 811 now. Does that mean that it will continue to repair damage until the numbers come down over time. Just confused on how it works on the body. Guessing the reserve of b12 will just continue to heal things over time. Thanks

Health blips
I generally keep my b12 deficiency under control, although my life is greatly diminished. I have episodes when I feel awful, crave lots of sweets (which I normally dislike) and carbs, am breathless, blurred vision and feel like my nerves are on fire. I just go to bed and gradually it settles down. I

Help interpreting results
Hi, apologies for long post. I’m a 34yo female. I’ve had symptoms that line up with hypothyroid symptoms for years. Had a few tests when my eczema flared up really badly around 12 years ago, which coincides with the time that a lot of the symptoms began. Have had fatigue basically since catching Epstein-Barr

weight gain
Morning everyone, I was told by a nurse practitioner this week that the fact my T4 level is low since they changed my Thyroxine dose from 100mg to 75mg has nothing to do with my recent weight gain - her argument being that she doesn’t have a thyroid and she’s not overweight. My diet hasn’t changed
