More B12 injections?

I’m currently injecting hydroxo once a day. I feel this isn’t enough. I’ve been injecting for 2 years.

Does anyone here inject more than once a day?

If so have there been any improvements?

I'm sure someone with more experience will be along shortly to help you.Have you had all other avenues checked out? For example folate, iron etc?

I say this as I have been getting progressively worse this past few months to the point I'm at the stage of finding it hard to breath.

It turns out my iron is low and im in need of iron tablets.

It's a long story but I had to be my own advocate and I'm still in the process of finding out more details.

Most of the time it is more b12 that is needed but bare in mind that it could also be something else.

I’ve had an iron infusion and my folate is optimal.

Yes since I’ve had covid I went backwards in my recovery and am finding SI x 2 per day helpful.

This makes sense. I’ve had covid twice. The first time really took it out of me.

The second time, I had it this June and it has really affected me.

I know someone who needs to inject twice a day . Each injection is 1/2 dose . First, Syringe is loaded with full 1mcg dose . Then injects 1/2 dose then disposes with the injection needle and puts a fresh needle on the syringe. , leaving the cap on obviously. Stores the syringe in the fridge.i’m a hygienic container .

This 1/2 dose is used at the end of the day . Finds that 2 small doses works better than 1 large .
