Hi all, I got some private tests done (attached) and I have to say I’m surprised as they seem to point to me being hyperthyroid but have all the symptoms of hypo. Can someone explain to me please? Other tests done recently were: B12 - 240 - I have pernicious anaemia and am getting B12 injections off

My Life not using up B12
With my current regiment 30 days + I feel I no longer experience using up my B12. I also only experience minor pain. It feels like with administering enough B12 my body can heal without the interruption of going through using up my B12 and then recovering. The last 30 days + I have experienced much

Update
I have had a telephone consultation with a GP today and drew her attention to the Medicheck thyroid test I’d had done recently. She was quite dismissive of this and said that I needed an NHS one (thyroid function test) which will be done on Friday. I can sort of understand this as there will be traceablity

Am I really lacking B12?
I was diagnosed with PA around 2018, I had the camera down which confirmed atrophic gastritis, I had positive tests for anti parietal cells and intrinsic factor; so classic PA. My B12 levels were around 300 at the time and not considered low but i was given loading doses and monthly injections. However

Hi Until December last I was taking 40 mg iron bisglycinate with orange juice every two days. Since this had little impact on my RLS I increased the iron dose to 40mg every day from December until now. As yet I have noticed little change to my RLS symptoms. A blood test this month showed my ferritin

Active B12 Tests in the United States
I've had a very difficult time finding any lab in the US that offers active b12 tests, it seems to be rare here. Does anyone know of any? I found a home test through a company called Biostarks, but it's very new and you have to get it with a package with a bunch of other tests, so it's a last resort.

Help for my 31 year old son please. First post.
He has just had some blood test results, would appreciate any ideas because of the low Ferritin and Folate. He is a Type 1 diabetic. He became ill in the Spring, had been working very long and unsocial hours in hospitality. He has symptoms of Fibromyalgia and his GP is close to giving him the diagnosis
