Should I ask to go up on my levothyroxine dosage?
My ferritin,
vitamin
D,
folic
acid
, and
B12
are now optimal. I have been experiencing a lot more anxiety lately, but my other symptoms are all still there. Should I now ask my GP to increase my dosage? I've gone up to 67.6kg now, so should I be on around 100mcg of levothyroxine? Thank you

Thyroid Blood Test Results
I had my blood test at 10.30am and I’m also taking
vitamin
B12
,
folic
acid
, and iron supplements as I’ve been low on those before, though the doctor hasn’t tested my levels for any of those issues in a while.

Gastric parietal cell antibodies OR IFAB? Do I need both??
Hi there, I tested negative for GPCA, but I haven't done IFAB. Having done GPCA, is that enough? Should I also do IFAB? I am on eod si injections, but for my peace of mind and for my GP to stop upsetting me/scaring me with their lack of b12 knowledge. I'd really like to at least TRY for a confirmatory

Good news on memory following B12 treatment
Hi, some of the regular posters may remember me posting in absolute despair last autumn about my husband’s cognitive issues and extreme memory loss. I’m now posting an update in case it helps anyone else in his position. In summary he had experienced symptoms over a couple of decades since he was twenty

Elderly relative ignoring my advice re B12.
I wonder if others on this forum have a similar problem and can help. My MIL is 91 and has some symptoms of B12D, Which could be put down to 'old age' but I'm beginning to wonder if a lot of 'old age' is really B12D. We have repeatedly told her about the importance of B12 and how many older people

PA/stomach pain
Hi all, I’m so grateful for all of your support as I’ve started down this road. Got diagnosed with PA/AIG in the fall via an endoscopy. I am on B12 injections. My stomach pain has gotten steadily worse instead of better even though I am on a very restrictive diet. Is there any reason for me to believe

versandApo order
hi, Ordered b12 ampoules from above site (have ordered before and arrived quickly). Order was placed 10th April and haven’t received yet. I messaged them and have had a reply saying it’s currently at customs. The email says contact customs to resolve matter. So not sure now if there is an issue or

Versandapo Panpharma B12 available ?
I have had 3 emails from Versandapo alerting me Panpharma is now in stock. Each time I go on their site and check it says currently out of stock ! I’ve been checking on the same day I receive the emails. Is this happening to anyone else ? I have already purchased the Pascoe brand B12 1500ug ampoules

omeprazole
so just discovered that stomach acid inhibeters(omeprazole) stop you producing b12 and can lead to restless leg! now taking b12 supplements and NO rls for 20 days. May not work for you but for 14 pounds its worth a punt. good luck

B-12 Def in Mexico (no health insurance)
Here is my (ongoing) thread to detail my B12 journey. Here goes! 2-3 years before diagnosis I began having the following symptoms. Numbness in toes which slowly spread to feet then ankles, then calves. A slow deterioration of muscle tone all over. Periods of intermittent dizziness/vertigo and fatigue

Frequency of Hydroxocobalamin injections in UK
Hi everyone, I'm a long time sufferer of PA, initial symptoms aged 13, finally diagnosed at 26, will be 50 this year. Also suffer with chronic fatigue, endometriosis, now menopause, all good fun! I am lucky that for years I have had an understanding doctor, used to have my injections every 8 weeks

b12 deficiency and MRI scanner...
Hi everyone, Weird question... Did anyone else who has had an MRI, find that it upset your nerves for a while after? (Like weeks) I cannot tell if it was that, or the heightened stress of awaiting my results... So, thought I'd ask on here? It was 2 weeks after my first one that my whole body crashed
