No point in testing magnesium because the results are unreliable due to the way the body handles it.
Your FT4 is probably fine, so you don't need more levo. But, your FT3 is still on the low-side. If I were you, I'd reduce the levo a tad and see if that improves your FT3. If it doesn't, then you need an increase in T3. But, how do you feel?
Was your CRP tested at the same time as your ferritin? CRP is an inflammation marker, and high levels of inflammation can falsely raise ferritin levels.
Don't worry about high B12 because it's water soluble, so excess will be excreted. But, your right to continue a maintenance dose with the B complex.
Your cortisol is pretty high. Is that the range for 8 am? Because different times have different ranges. Have you done a 24 hour cortisol saliva test?
I didn't realise about magnesium so thank you. I have ordered a 4 part cortisol saliva test today.
CRP 7.15 (>5.0) so slightly high.
I am feeling tired and jittery, not at all 'right'. Cortisol test in February 2022 was 763 so it has increased, I am wondering if it's that rather than thyroid?
Could well be. You'll know more when you've done the saliva test.
So, your ferritin is probably not that high after all, given your CRP result.
Reducing your levo might help the tired, jittery feelings, some people react badly to high FT4. So, if I were you, I'd try that first and see if it helps.
It might be ok for some people, but we're all individuals and it might not be right for you. We have to find out what we need by trial and error. And, given that you're also taking T3, you really might not need the FT4 that high. It's recommended to be about that level when on T4 mono-therapy. People who also take T3 often need it lower.
