I am SO exhausted and want to see if I’m lacking B12 (I’m vegetarian) please can you let me know a good but cheap company to use. Thank you

The company doesnt matter, its the type of B12 you take that counts, look for one that contains Methylcobalamin. Its the most bioavailable kind. You can get it in mouth sprays, sublingual drops or tablets.

I have Pernicious anaemia and get jabs every 2 months but in between use sublingual drops. These sit under the tongue for a few minutes and are absorbed via the blood vessel rich environment under the tongue, so bypasses the digestive system. I dont have a favoured brand, I just shop around and get what is on offer at the time 😁

Most B complex products contain B12, its advised to keep all your B vitamins optimal so maybe look at one of those.
