Vit D deficient
for the last 3 years I’ve been experiencing peculiar feelings like the odd numbness in my hands and feet, weird almost tremblings up and down my arms, more anxiety than usual, awful muscle and bone pain in my legs and around my torso so as usual I put everything down to my AF or my hypertension. Anyway

Anaemia caused by PRD?
I had pelvic/abdominal radiotherapy treatment almost 50 years ago and started to suffer problems with digestion about 20 years ago, put down at the time, to IBS. In 2017, I underwent a hemicolectomy and the surgeon told me at the time that my small bowel was quite damaged commenting that she was surprised

Is it B12 anemia? I’m confused.
Hello all, I’m new here and not sure if I need to pursue some concerns I have with my health so wondered if anyone could possible give me some advice/guidance. I’ve always been tired, (it’s a family joke!), struggled with gut issues (mainly constipation), and in the last 5 or so years had terrible brain

Weird test results
I tried to post my results the other day in the hope that one of our amazing Admins might be kind enough to give their opinion but the photo came out blurred for some reason. I take 3 grains of Armour which I’ve been doing since 2017 and up to now have been ok. However the last three to four months

Loading dose now complete and...drum roll
Last of the 6 jabs was two days ago. I've had some "standard" improvements and some unexpected ones. First thing I noticed was that the half moons on my fingernails started to reappear (they've been missing for ages). Mainly my thumbs but they're coming back on a couple of other digits as well. Sadly

Next steps advice, B12D
After completing all relevant blood tests (everything fine apart from low iron and 165 ng/L) I have completed my 6 loading doses 2 weeks ago and generally do feel some improvements, especially on the faster heart rate, that has subsided significantly. Since 2003 this has been my 3rd loading dose program
