Exaggerated claims about treatment effectiveness
A lot of doctors will tell patients with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and also those with FND that Graded Exercise Therapy (where exercise is gradually increased in small increments, usually guided by a physiotherapist or occupational therapist) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy are effective treatments

World upside Down.
I have a bad bad sleeping pattern. I become complacent and my whole pattern is disrupted. I sleep during the day and wake up at night. And today I tried to sleep at night and I keep waking up in the night after every few hours without any bad dreams just panicky. It happens for Weeks every time. Today

A little good news for a change
For all those struggling with CBD and especially those with an Alien hand. I got fed up removing Bills hand from his neck especially as he will not let me cut his nails. He was getting sore from the constant attacks from his own hand. So, being as I love to crochet, I made him an adult equivalent of

Sleeping Pills
I was wondering if most of you give your significant others sleep aids. David is not sleeping well at night and the doctor was going to give him something but he refused to take it. He is worried about wetting the bed. I don't think a light sleep aid would knock him out that much. Also I tried to tell

Side effects of mirapex
Hi, I've been taking mirapex for many years. After reading some posts here I am coming to a conclusion that my current feeling of being stuck in life is an OCD pattern. It makes sense. Please tell me of any compulsions you may have had from mirapex. Or have you know others with compulsions from this

Trigger?
Has anyone else noticed that chocolate is a severe afib trigger? I'm guessing theobromine is the culprit for me. It is used as a heart stimulant for some people. So I avoid any type of chocolate and caffeine.

Anyone taking this medication for neuropathic pain can you tell me about your side effects and how long it took before you experienced a decrease in the pain. Thanks.

More apnoea stuff
Right, well I just had my appointment; and I struggled to stay awake during it so that in and of itself certainly was an indicator. True to form, he said 'You know, if you lost weight, I'm sure the issue would probably go away'. I managed to keep my temper and replied 'I fell asleep once on a rowing

Apnoea update, panicking a bit
I just got a call today from my GP office, saying my Gp received the request to refer me to a sleep study, but the office said he wants to see me, and has booked a double appointment. Considering my last experience, I am now absolutely bricking it. Why does he need to see me first for a referral when
