Hi everyone I was diagnosed as stage 3/4 OC October 2014, I have had a full hysterectomy and hernia repair, and have just finished my 6th chemo, wow it was tough going at times. Although I haven't posted anything until now, I have been following all you inspirational ladies on this sight and have found

Reducing Ibrutinib even further!!!!!!!
My husband is currently 'off Ibrutinib' for 14 days due to surgery next Wednesday, he is acutely tired, and already asleep....in bed.We thought as an experiment during this time we would monitor daily his fatigue levels. At the end of the 14 day period, if it has improved we will ask the haematologist

Baby hypothyroidism?
He has a large soft spot and I'm sure he has a sunken nasal bridge, also an
umbilical
hernia
and is also very pale. He is always bunged up too. Gained weight quickly but slowing now. Was very jaundice after birth too. But seems happy and healthy. Is he going to have problems as he grows older??

Inguinal Hernia Surgery
I just had dual Inguinal and a single
umbilical
hernia
performed on Friday. I noticed the 2 inguinal hernias after a race in November and knew about the other one but it never really hurt before and decided to get them taken care of all at once.

Colostomy problems - parastomal hernia?
Don't know why I never asked advice from you lovely ladies before. I am sure someone out there has an answer or can give me some advice. I have a permanent colostomy following debulking surgery in November 2012. Never knew I was going to have one so it was a bit of a shock. I must admit I have never

What should I do next?
the procedure ended up being a laparotomy and an unplanned
hernia
repair (because they failed to read my history of
umbilical
hernia
when was a child). other than this nothing else has been done not even biopsies. so I am back to square one. they have suggested a mirena even though the first registrar

Is it infection or normal?
Due to an
umbilical
hernia
when I was a baby, the surgeon had to make my central incision just below my belly button. I have discovered a small amount of pus coming out this evening and I'm not sure if this is normal to expect? Sorry to be graphic but its kinda creamy colour then clear.

The story so far.....
At 2 years he had an
umbilical
hernia
and was operated on. Later in life we attended the go because he seemed clumsy, light footed. Nothing really done. He had glasses from an early age. 4 years ago we attended the go with him sleeping through the day, again nothing really done.

Help...I need advice.
She also has a tiny ear crease and she had an
umbilical
hernia
. Her weight was normal (7 lbs) and she was a week late. She has no other characteristics of this BWS. I have never heard of it before. It sent us into a frenzy, and I cannot get it out of my mind.

sorry
Ive been told that i have got an
umbilical
hernia
attached to my colon. As you can imagine I have been worried about this. Its going to have to be dealt with via surgery. This is very un- welcomed news. I see the consultant on the 18th November so will know more by then.
