Money! money! money!
Spending too much while depressed. Spoke with mental health professionals. They came up with HRT. If balancing me would cause me to spend less would be great but I don't think it will serriousluy help. Stepping back a little - ie not spending right away but waiting alittle was a very good suggestion

First BFN today 😢 - trying to decide on back to back or a break.
Although I was expecting the news, it was heartbreaking to hear the words "I'm sorry..." and have our suspicions confirmed that there was failed implantation. We are now faced with making a decision in quick time as our Dr has signed us off to start our next Frozen cycle as soon as I have the withdrawal

4th Open Heart Surgery - Valve Replacement
Hi! My dad is having to have his 4th OHS in the coming weeks and I'm feeling a bit scared and anxious about it all. His last one was only in July 2021 - they are replacing the same valve that was replaced last time plus another one. Does anyone have any experience of having 4 open heart surgeries? Many

hip replacement
How did you make the decision to have a replacement? I keep going between thinking that I need to have it as soon as possible and then I think no I will try everything else first. I can not walk more than 30 minutes without feeling pain (on a good day). I am on daily medication to help with the pain

time to commit to something
I’ve been popping in & out of this forum for ages but have never got involved. I am on the waiting list for a revision hip replacement & my right hip is now giving me a lot of bother as well. I feel that losing weight would help a lot but I have tried so many plans & after a short time I give up. I

I'm alive!!
The knee replacement went extremely well! My rìght knee (the one that was replaced) is actually stronger than the left knee and only 3 weeks after surgery! Hip, Hip, Hooray! My MS didn't flair up at all, unlike when I went septic back in August. Life is good and for the first time in a long time I

worried about high levels
Good morning everyone. It has been a while, and I had asked for blood tests before I went and had some private B12 injections, as my own Doctor had stopped them. My B12 was also low due to malabsorbtion, and PA results were borderline. I am symptomatic and feeling really bad lately. Its over a year

Bone-on-bone knee pain and RLS?
I don't want to limit this question for Joolsg because I welcome advice and experience from others, as well. But, Joolsg, I saw a post you replied to about 3 months ago in which you said, arthritic knees will definitely trigger RLS. I have had osteoarthritis in both knees for years and bone-on-bone

Mastocytosis?
Hi I was diagnosed with MCAS back in 2015. I became incredibly ill after a antibiotic resistant Urine infection. I ended up in Intensive care and I have never fully recovered. I then started having terrible attacks involving my gallbladder and was hospitalised many time. There where no stones. I had

Introduction
hi everyone, I’m 50, in perimenopause and struggling big time with declining cognition, adhd hormonal issues. I currently take adderall XR which I find helpful but it wears off quickly. Would like to use hormone replacement But Dr says no…I’m still menstruating every month.

Caffeine / pregabalin / conflicting advice
I am under Professor Walker at Queen Square, a specialist for RLS. I am on Pregabalin (300mg before bedtime). But also on Citalopram for HRT, which he said should be switched to Bupropion as it worsens RLS. Unfortunately he did not give an amount, so my GP had to phone the "hot line" to a bank of
